How does shipping work?

We ship products by the next business day, typically via UPS.  We're thrilled to help our products become your products as soon as possible.  


How long does it take to receive my products?

We ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your order, and shipping can be as fast as 3 days or take up to 7 days, depending on your location.


Do you offer discounts for larger quantities or offer any sales?

Send us an email and we will work out the best deal for you!


How do you handle returns?

Email us if you have a problem with any of the products. Include a photo if that makes sense. We'll make it right for you.


What if I changed my mind about something I bought from you?

You have 30 days to return it if it is unopened and undamaged. We'll refund your full purchase price. Just email us and we'll send you a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and the address to return it to. We'll credit your payment method as soon as we receive the merchandise.


What if the product is damaged?

Email us, tell us the problem, include a photo if you can, and we'll give you the return address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We'll replace it or refund your money, whichever you prefer.
