For Customers:
Shipping
We ship products by the next business day, typically via UPS. We're thrilled to help our products become your products as soon as possible.
Returns
Email us if you have a problem with any of the products. Include a photo if that makes sense. We'll make it right for you.
If you change your mind about something you bought from us, you have 30 days to return it if it is unopened and undamaged. We'll refund your full purchase price. Just email us and we'll send you a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and the address to return it to. We'll credit your payment method as soon as we receive the merchandise.

Our customer service hours are 10:00am - 5:00pm EST, Monday-Friday. For after-hours inquiries, we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible the following business day.
